Green Star Necklace Artist’s Bio Her beads are made using soda-lime glass worked at the molten stage over an oxygen propane torch. Each bead is then annealed for durability and cleaned before it is incorporated into jewelry and other art objects. Continuing to draw inspiration from a lifelong fascination with rocks and minerals, many of her designs imitate the look of stones by incorporating techniques such as the use of precious metals, stringer work, and etching. Lisa’s work has been published in multiple books and international magazines, and is sold in more than sixty art galleries within the US and abroad. |
